Pros

Decent pay, 401k matching, and good health care. You also get a lot of control over how you complete your work.

Cons

It's a dangerous job that management will pressure you to complete without regard for your safety while simultaneously holding you responsible if you get hurt. There is a very poor work/life balance and you WILL be told at some point that your family doesn't matter more than your job.

Great salary for the area (only reason I'm still here)

Cons

Poor management decisions have wrecked this company. They honestly should have never purchased any states from Verizon after the initial purchase that formed what is now Frontier. Money should have been spent on the infrastructure.
