The paycheck does'nt ounce other than that none

This is the most mismanaged communications company I have worked for. The ineptitude starts at first line and deteriorates from there upward. The main goal is to sell a product even if it is not needed. The customer is constantly bombarded by sales pitches.Management team generally does not care about employees. Funny how this company was rated third worst to work for And now the Frontier team advises it's employees to visit this site..

I cant really think of one right off.

Ms. Wilderotter is only fooling herself when she states Frontier has a good relationship with its employees. Management does not give a crap about its employees. Its all about meeting numbers each month. The employees are required to work their butts off to keep management's bonuses at top dollar. Employee moral is at the lowest place it possibly could be. Benefits are slowly being eaten away, work schedules are changed so employees have to work weekends to attend company sponsored events and when will this company figure out Americans don't want landlines anymore. If you cant provide cellular service your boat is sinking.

The pay is decent but the decision making in upper management is baffling. Finally new vehicles.

Cons

Upper management just smiles and nods when there are meetings to come up with better processes for this company...and never implement the suggestions. Offering Anti virus solutions about 10 years to late. Takes forever to upgrade existing plant and is fine with the "just band-aid it" method.
