Even though they change your job title for advanced jobs in the department, your wage doesn't change. Still a great place to work and the advancement in the department looks great on your resume!

The benefits are great, the job is pretty straightforward and easy to do once you go through training and get the hang of it. Good pay and pretty good people there.

Cons

Policies change frequently. Strict attendance policies. Angry or abusive customers that can be hard or stressful to deal with.
