Pros

-Good work life balance -Coworkers are nice, supportive and helpful -Feels like company is moving in the right direction after adjusting to multiple years of ownership changes and product acquisitions -I saw a decent amount of internal promotions in sales, customer support, and services teams. Unsure if that happened in other departments.

Cons

-Some products are starting to show their age compared to competitors -established & publicly owned company so restructures, layoffs, etc should be expected.

Frontline has grown over the years by bringing together teams and technologies from across EdTech, creating one of the most comprehensive portfolios in K-12. While our last acquisition was more than five years ago, today, our focus is on what comes next. We're building modern product experiences that streamline workflows, embed AI in meaningful ways, and help school leaders make better decisions so they can spend more time supporting educators and students. At the same time, we're committed to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent—building a team that is passionate about serving K-12 and shaping the future of education technology. We appreciate your feedback and wish you continued success in your career.
