      Cons

      Fueled is a sinking ship that's losing business like never before and is rapidly laying off members of their team. Dedicated professionals who have spent years of their life contributing are being laid off as part of their acquisition with 10up. This is coinciding with one of the worst years on record for sales and new business which means things are only going to get worse. The two founders of the company, Ryan & Rameet, are an absolute blight on the org. They micromanage and meddle in projects they don't understand, then disappear to live like influencers when they're actually needed. Their exact roles and presence within the company are largely undefined, which means they're free to float about as they please causing stress and mayhem for those that are doing real work, while they're completely insulated from any consequences.

      Innovative environment. You can work on projects across various industries and collaborate with talented people. 360-degree feedback. The PTO policy is good.

      Cons

      You may get micromanaged projects without control over estimating workload. You need to adjust to unrealistic delivery expectations agreed upon with clients. The company laid off 50% of its workforce due to budget constraints, but now they are hiring new employees to fill the same roles.
