Fully remote is a huge plus. The work being done is interesting. Much of the team is very talented and highly collaborative.

Cons

Messaging is very unclear. Leadership is mostly invisible. Culture has eroded drastically.

The people doing the project work are great.

Cons

The executives are just chasing dollars and don't care about the people. The business is not doing well and searching for a life raft. There have been many rounds of layoffs. Do not work work here.
