Pros

Some the people here will work with you, help in anyway to get a project done

Cons

I have worked on a few projects here in FDBU and I can honestly say this place should be avoided at all cost. Unless you swing a golf club and part of the High Society Circle of management you will get NO WHERE. I have seen many co-workers who are very educated some even with PhD leave this hell whole of a company, why? They promote their friends and keep a tight notched circle. Yes, that good old boy relationship is live and well in FDBU. We recently had a survey that outlined every wrong about our company, and then the dog and pony show started till everyone forgets about the survey. Don’t work here unless it’s the only place to get a JOB.

Pros

The work is progressing medical care, so from that prospective it is rewarding. Beyond that there are few pros.

Cons

Diosynth has had more layoffs than other area company. Policy is to hire when they are proposing and layoff if they don't land the project. Since it is a single location company the career opportunities are few. Senior management often promotes unrealistic grandiose plans for growth. Since Diosynth's business is based on supplying services, extremely long hours for the salary staff is demanded.

Pros

The vacation and company match for 401k are very good. The opportunity to work on many different projects is the best reason to work at a CMO.

Cons

The constant changing of the ownership has caused so much chaos that upper management doesn't seem to know which way it's going. One week we're told this, then the next we do an about face. The level of communication is horrendous and the employees have very little confidence in the decisions made my the leadership.
