Pros

Though there were few positives working at FCPA, there are wonderful employees there, with good intentions. FCPA has a gracious holiday schedule, along with a shutdown during Christmas. It is a solid place to learn a few skills, and apply them elsewhere, since there is no structure for growth.

Cons

There were two large negatives at FCPA. Japan often pushed down initiatives with little regard or basic understanding of what that means for the workforce. There is a complete and total disconnect of what is happening not only within the office, but within the market. The other is the complete lack of management. The CEO is involved in all decisions because there is no trust of management and staff. Managers and other executives are only expected to follow orders regardless of the impact on the workforce or company. It is a culture of suspicion, and gossip.

Pros

Decent paycheck Gym and cafeteria are on site at FNC in Richardson Nice HQ in easy to access location in metroplex

Cons

Aging middle management has ruined this company All the older management don't care or try to be inventive. This mindset runs off all the young talent because they are huge roadblocks. They are now combining companies across the US to try and do cost savings, retirement offers have gone out to people. FAI has been an utter failure for the last ten years yet they are keeping it alive. They are starting to think all of IT can now suddenly be sent to the cloud and be supported by India, they couldn't be more wrong. It's a cluster mess, unless you need at job stay away.

Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We are glad to hear that you appreciate the facilities and benefits we offer. However, we are sorry to hear that you are not too satisfied with Management. As a company we continuously invest heavily in the development of both our management as our portfolio and we are certain these efforts will pay off in our daily operations. If you want to talk about this on a more personal level, please contact your local HR person. Thanks again for sharing your opinion.

Pros

The early days were awesome

Cons

The company was a train wreck. The lies they would tell and how they treated their employees was inhumane.
