Cons

Marketing team does not do a good job Too bureaucratic oriented movement from one division to other is possible but pretty challenging Works in Silo approach and different units does not help each other

Pros

Great benefits and good salaries and overall good people to work with. The company was once one of the best companies to work for.

Cons

Bad upper management business decisions is taking a toll in the company's reputation and prestige. For the last five years there has been an average of one RIF per year coupled with the fact that the people that got the boot were not all based on bad performance and because of that they have lost good talented employees. I'm afraid outsourcing more than 50% of the R&D is not going to cut it.

Pros

Fujitsu as a whole is a great company to work for as their R&D is excellent. Their servers and laptops are some of the best engineered products in the market with great durability.

Cons

In my opinion, Fujitsu North America is a dying organization that cannot meet their financial commitment back to Japan. Executives management's’ primary tool is to cut head count which takes down moral, impacts customer service and inhibits Fujitsu North America’s chance to recover from negative returns and start growing again. Current executive management in the services division do not understand the consulting business or how to grow it. Consequently, Fujitsu America’s services portfolio has significantly diminished as their top talent has fled to better organizations.
