      FOB or FOC - that is the question

      location is good but office is run down

      Cons

      It is really sad how bad this company has become. The CEO brings in his buddies - friends of Bob's (FOB's) and one of his FOBS now has her own thing going "FOC's". All of these friends don't work and are replacing working managers so now the "workers" have to do more work with the same pay while their new managers make a ton of money!

      There really aren't alot of pros with working with Fujitsu North America, which is really unfortunate.

      Cons

      CEO is totally ineffective and the three senior leaders he brought in add no value only confusion. It is amazing that Fujitsu headquarters are so displaced that they don't know what's going on. Entire finance team resigned, sales team resigned, the effective leaders they had left so it a pretty sad situation. The office environment is like a morgue. Bob Pryer should give it up and resign as CEO

      Pros

      Lots of parking since half the buildings are shut down. Good Japanese food in the cafetiria

      Cons

      No interest in the success of their server/storage products. Sales people rarely last more than a year, while some managers have been here for 15 years, jumping from one Fujitsu division to another when the heat gets turned up. Baffling that there is absolutely no interest in product promotion or marketing.
