Pros
FNC is a really great place these days. The company used to have a very conservative, slow, siloed culture, and remnants of that attitude can still be found in some of the old guard who have been here 15+ years (but not everyone, and on the flip side, this is certainly the kind of company you can retire from!). But FNC is making efforts to change. Execs have open door policies for the most part, and the company is working hard to be more welcoming, open, and agile. My team is friendly and supportive and my managers are 100% supportive of both personal and professional growth. There is a lot of opportunity here, and switching jobs/departments within the company isn't frowned upon. Competitive pay, too!
Cons
- Can still be slow to change in certain situations - Few (but increasing) number of employees under 30. Very tame environment. - The medical insurance isn't great
