      Company is very good. We have growth and opportunities.

      Cons

      Nothing much to improve on. I feel that the employee friendly policies are less and most impoatant is leave policy as it doesnt include sick leave.

      People Management concept. Free environment. friendly work environment

      Cons

      no big clients and project. small projects, no quality work. Long bench and short term projects only. Mainly work for Middle East clients and lot of short trip to middle east required. Onsite perks are very poor.
