      Pros

      As a leader in the transport space FNC is working hard to maintain this leadership role. One avenue is to add services - data services (ELINE, ELAN, SOAM....) and OTN. This provides ample opportunities to get involved with new/different technologies. FNC is in a position where there are more things to do than staff, so finding exciting things to do is very easy if you are interested.

      Cons

      The Japanese business culture can be difficult to deal with. They ask a lot of questions and you are often left wondering why they are asking.

      I'am working in this company because it's giving me a good job.

      Cons

      Less Salary, very less number of stocks, and being very late to give our salary, I mean; like when January is over, we must directly get our salary, but with Fuji, we must want more 10 days or more to get it.

      Limited oportunities for growth based on size of projects and mindset of finding best possible candidates for job.
