Pros

Generally worked with talented people and exposure to very large clients. A lot of opportunities within the company if you want a change.

Cons

There isn't a lot of hand holding at the organization. You are expected to be proactive and be a self starter.

Pros

Quite laid back with work/life balance clearly understood.

Cons

in the csa community the mediocre truly rule. If you want to continue to be a techie then this may not be the place for you with no praise for doing something clever/smart of inventive but instead top marks awarded for doing a save-as on someone else's design or filling in timesheets on time. The tech leads seem be scared of anyone with energy and a drive to get things moving which is a real as some of the staff are very talented.

Pros

Good people with skills across a wide range of technical platforms The option to buy additional benefits is available through salary swap

Cons

Remuneration packages are poor and are a fair way behind market rates. Morale low due to years of below inflation payrises despite increasing profits. If your face fits you'll go far, particularly in management, irrsepective of your ability
