Pros

Good mix of people, large company. Great facilities for staff. Good opportunities for training. Good work life balance. Good corporate communication.

Cons

No work. Low morale due to not getting new project work. A bit of a chasm between newer employees and those on the (soon to be cancelled) final salary pension scheme.
