      Highly Unprofessional and No Employee friendly

      Pros

      I joined this organization as a Full Time lateral Managing Solution Architect in Dearborn MI, I was told that this is a permanent position and it will not be changed. The ground reality is that they are running a big Show with NO EXPERIENCE in that stream. They are doing a very big project but they are not expertise in it.

      Cons

      Management is monotonous. They do not listen for employees. Solution they are selling to customer is questionable as they are not Capability Matured in it like Wipro, TCS or any other integration company. Management is based in UK and they are highly racist. They have dummy HR processes like PIR or etc, which they use to fire a candidate with a very no cause. Be very much cautious in communication with management as they even read read word by word and they fire even on SPELLINGS and GRAMMATICAL MISTAKES. No Industry experience in running Big projects. Not a Public listed reputed company. They don't bother their reputation as they are not a public entity. Simply a WASTE of TIME and CAREER.
