Very political and unprofessional environment. Managment just care about billing and money . They don't value people skills and talent . Overall thinking is , they are just looking for cheap resources not quality skills.Lots of false promises to retain resource which can work for short term only. No work life balence , no pay for overtime

Good facilities, some nice people, high tech data center

Cons

Bad Management, no customers, no product, no consultants to perform the work, everything is vaporware. They hire people only to let them go weeks later
