Healthcare plan is the worst I have ever seen - all are forced into HRA or HSA; HRA amounts provided are fine for young, healthy people who never see a doctor but ridiculous for anyone else AND they make you jump through hoops even to get all of the amount they agree to provide. Up-front amount decreases and deductible increases every year. No raises, no bonuses - no sense at all that upper management sees resources as anything other than expendable, disposable, and interchangeable.
