Pros

It's a great to place to work if you 1) have no career aspirations, 2) don't mind below market compensation 3) enjoy working with incompetent people 4) like completely outdated systems that you depend on to perform your job and 5) want to work for executives that are deceitful, manipulative, and have no business being in leadership positions.

Cons

This company is just awful. I'm not trying to sound like a bitter former employee. I was not fired or let go. I voluntarily left Fujitsu America because after being there for over a year I was tired of working in a negative and politically charged environment. I'm currently employed at another technology company in the SF Bay Area, and it's made me realize how bad it actually was at Fujitsu. I keep asking myself how in the world did I ever work for Fujitsu America? The most recent fiasco at Fujitsu is the hiring of a CFO that's unfit, unqualified, and downright incapable of leading the Finance organization. Who in their right mind would hire someone so incapable - the CEO. That tells you about the leadership of this company.

Pros

I can think of none.

Cons

Fujitsu North American and specifically the BAS unit is a leader free business unit that is ruled by 1990's management and solutions. The company espouses their great insight into digital transformation solutions for the marketplace yet they stifle innovation and modernization throughout the internal workforce. A good old boys club of inept sr. management that rewards the wrong behaviors and people for being mediocre and for following orders. Great place to work if you seek domineering leaders, limited advancement and growth opportunities and an atmosphere of servitude amongst the rank and file. Leaders need not apply nor seek hire as the first new thought or great idea will forever brand as nonconformist with an exit strategy in the future. A terrible place to work, especially with the current digital age transformations generating so much excitement. Don't join fujitsu if you want progress but if you like stagnation, sign up now, they need more "yes" people to blindly follow orders.
