Many quality services, products and nice colleagues

Cons

Exec mgmt favors a few divisions within the org and as such - some get more investment, praise, focus, than others. Very old infrastructure/processes and an unwillingness or inability to change make progress more difficult than it should be. The American group is a subsidiary to Japan and Germany - you can draw conclusions.
