      Good work-life balance, vacation policy but poor salary

      Pros

      +Generous PTO that increases with your experience +Paid shutdown in entire Christmas week +Good work-life balance +No stress +Transparency within the team +HR is easy to approach and helpful

      Cons

      - poor salary and low hikes - poor management - too many unnecessary arrogant VPs with little impact but huge salary - huge salary gaps within teams and across diff organizations - low career growth for youngsters - office politics - too many organizations under one umbrella and lack of sharing among them - almost zero marketing in US and Fujitsu is still regarded as camera roll making company (which is btw Fujifilm)

      Pros

      Great 14 year run. The Fujitsu name alone got you appointments. Some of my best friends today are former Fujitsu colleagues. We were the company with products everyone wanted.

      Cons

      Went through 4 CEO's and at least as many Sales VP's in my tenure. Fujitsu got complacent, lost it's product quality and they seem to have forgot to focus on the customer needs. Most of the solid people have left the company. Hopefully with the current sales management, Fujitsu can rekindle that spark that made them terrific. They appear to be headed in the right direction now with the present sales mindset. I wish them all the very best.
