      There are no Pros here . This was the worst experience of my career.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. No innovation with regards to working tools You feel like your back in the 1970s and it seems that's where most people want to stay. No wants to hear new ideas you many bring based on your work experience. There is absolutely no millenials here.

      absolutely none, the company offers only excuses on why you need to work so much and get nothing isntead.

      Cons

      -Juniors work as seniors/architects/platform owners/their own managers and project leads for ridiculously low salary

      Pros

      No problems with salary or benefits; not great, not horrible. HR is helpful and friendly. Good experience with management and coworkers.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of policies and procedures in general. In some ways, I feel they are stuck in the 90s and 2000s in this respect. I see them making progress with moving things digital but there is still a lot of actual paperwork that needs to be done in order to get anything done.
