1) It has good perks and family - work life balance 2) No hassle in Visa status, they have a good record that their visa does not cancel or rejected since long time. 3) Good education perks and 401k plans
Cons
1) they have limited projects and client 2) As Fujitsu global trying to add efforts of doing dome innovation but Fujitsu America does not bring good clients and work 3) Limited work and no growth at work 4) Once you deployed to client , no one will listen you and poor resource management team, they don't consider knowledge 5) Every alternate year they wont provide bonus and that is maximum of 2% which is like a peanuts 6) No Growth in terms of technology, recognition and promotion. hardly one get promotion after spending several years which could potential raise up to 10k. 7) Top management reshuffling a lot, every year Organization changes happened. 8) Every year we see a new sales person is assigned to our account, bad Sales team ever who does not have capacity to bring big clients in USA.
