      Permanent employees are not required to do as much work as contractors; poor training; salary is not comparable with other companies

      Pros

      I like a good number of the support personnel I work with. Most are professional, friendly, and reliable.

      Cons

      Poor level of communication all around in the company. Changes are often made without notice to the employees. Poor level of documentation, disorganized, no clear direction/push to unclutter the current documentation that's being utilized and reported on.
