Certain managers are very supportive of their employees

Cons

Constant layoffs every year for several years. Advancement is possible but they will never bring you up to market salary even if you are paid 25k less than others in your position. Company implements policies that employees then ignore to the financial detriment of the company.Very high turn over of upper management and executives.

Great people to work with and the pay is very competitive in the the market. Empowered to go make deals and win business. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Upper management is weak and consistently trying to re-ivinte the company. Somewhat silo-ed organizations. New products slow to roll out and be accepted. Career advancement is limited to senior staff.
