      Pros

      Nice benefits. The amount of time off is very hard to find anywhere else. The medical insurance is decent but expensive.

      Cons

      Middle and upper management are fairly disconnected. Continual layoffs. Low morale. Company is not performing well.

      Still good employees left but that will change soon.

      Cons

      Promises not kept. Confusion among management. Lots of favoritism. They used to care about employees. They want to sell employee talent but now lost focus on how to treat employees fairly. No teamwork
