Home working Benefits Great career progression for managers The people who actually do the front line work.

Cons

Process and admin tasks get in the way of doing your job. Career development opportunities rare Lack of investment in the right people Top heavy with management Too many barriers to productivity Constant threat of redundancy The manner in which they are conducting the most recent cull in staff is an utterly disgrace... uncertainty for those involved and never knowing for weeks at a time if you are going to be axed or not. All done by email or telecast... no personal intervention which is cowardly and unprofessional. Loyalty and dedication count for nothing... ifollow your face fits and you can trot out a few clichés and buzz words you'll go far.

JOB satisfaction is there which is the main thing. Work life balance is good. Not much workload as all teams have sufficient manpower. Lots of technical & behavioral training which will make you more efficient.
