Pros

Training is in depth and paid and there are benefits.can't. Health, dental, vision, etc.

Cons

A lot of other agents lie about promos and discounts and that does come back on you, even if you're honest. You have to be very emotionally strong because customers are trying to get u to give them something, and get mad if u don't or cant. Vision insurance was a scam.

Everyone is great here. They give you everything you need even if it is given quickly. This is a generally tech support position so at least be technically literate.

Cons

None so far. I wouldn't mind a higher wage.
