There's a lot of opportunity to make bonus money depending on which program you're in, and if you're happy just being a front-line employee, then there's a lot of opportunity for you to be happy here.

Cons

If your intent is to start as a front-line agent and move up beyond a senior agent level then, no matter what Executive Leadership says, be prepared to wait. Maybe a couple years. Also, whether or not Senior agents get paid more depends on the program you're in, and in some programs they don't.
