This company by far offers the highest compensation out of the biggest BPO companies in Davao City with a much better work environment compared to the previous company I've been with. For reference, I've been in the industry for 7 years. worked the first 5 years in the company I thought was the best in the City but here I am realizing that FPS can offer much more.

Cons

Just a minor complaint against the facility team about maintaining the cleanliness. I just hope they do deep cleaning as I can see dust behind chairs sometimes- it might affect employees' health if not maintained properly.

Best reasons to work at FPS are: - Competitive salary (Hard work always pays off) - Great benefits (HMO for physical, dental and even mental health) - Good environment - Amazing leaders and management

Cons

The downsides of working in FPS are: - The location, if the rain is heavy there will be flood that gets in knee level. - It is in the 10-12th floor so if there's an earthquake you need to use the stairs all the way down and back up to get your things if you left any. - The parking lot is so messed up and unorganized
