      A paycheck that's consistent. Daily Pay as to where you get paid for the day you worked. 4 day work week shifts available

      Micro managing No room for growth Bonus structure works against you

      Taking the time to share your feedback is very much appreciated. We have received input that the bonus plan for our retention work is not understood by everyone and have taken steps to ensure proper communication and tools to assist with this. We are a performance driven company, which is why we have an uncapped bonus plan. We want our employees to make more money as they become acclimated on the program, because this means FPS is making money. If you are not getting the answers you need in this area, please do not hesitate to go to your Manager and/or Director. I am also always available!

      Pros

      Solid pay for the job of taking care of the customers, as upset as they may be. Seem to be growing quite a bit

      Cons

      Tough with hours when I started, but overall, it is a call center environment.

      A company that cares. Managers that nurture. Great pay and compensation plan. Great schedule. Good benefits. Positive environment.

      Cons

      Cold calling is hard with a lot of rejection involved. Be prepared to get hung up on a lot.
