Not many. Usual issues with call centers that can not be helped, hours of operation, angry customers, demanding clients

Great atmosphere where you can thrive! I have worked for FPS since March, have already been given the opportunity to recognize my full potential. As with any new company, there have been several changes. Overall we have come long way! We are less than a year old still but remain positive and continue to persevere against the odds.
