Pros

They offer a competitive salary based on your performance. It will encourage you to be at your best.

Cons

Once you leave, you won't get anything even your back pay. I already processed my clearance since 2020 and return all the equipment. Tried several emails to HR, and I didn't receive even a single response from them. I even tried to look for a working phone number but I guess they really intended that you can only email them. I feel sorry for this company and for those people who will apply. If they think you are no longer needed, they will throw you away like garbage.

Virtual Retail Sales Chat Experience.

Pros

Great Pay and commission structure, Convenience of working at home through pandemic, supportive team environment and management. You decide how much you want to make by how determined you are. Management open to new ideas and different ways to approach sales. Because the project is new, It's opening doors for more leadership opportunities to hire from within.

Cons

Fairly new project, sometimes there are minor unexpected changes. Changes are to be expected when companies grow. The other con would be the late shift, Could use more day shifts.

Good salary and nice work place.

Cons

BPO Management side sucks. They are power tripper and doesn't know how to assist and collaborate correctly.
