- Pivots - org was still trying to figure out its path to profitability

Pros

-Gained some valuable experience in the role.

Cons

-Supervisors create a negative work environment, often speaking poorly about employees in internal communications, which fosters distrust. -Coaching sessions with supervisors aren’t particularly helpful—“action plans” are given out, but they mostly involve basic common sense rather than real guidance or support. -The account’s growth seems to be driven by the agents, not the supervisors, raising questions about leadership effectiveness. -Career advancement is based on personal connections rather than performance or merit. -The company culture does not encourage professional development or long-term success.

Pros

Got me through the pandemic, staff was fully remote at the time. Typical call center job.

Cons

Later evening hours for some shifts, time spent on bathroom breaks etc. monitored. Having to deal with rude customers.
