-High hourly compensation rate -flexibility to work in homes, schools, and community settings -Strong support with clients -Professional development opportunities -Gas card reloaded every 2 weeks -Health insurance benefits -Opportunities to connect with BCBA-Ds and pursue mentorship -Opportunities to relocate to different regions in FL -No company is perfect, but if you advocate for yourself, you are heard and it does make a a huge difference.

Cons

-This job in general will require you to drive, so that is important to be aware of. (This has never bothered me though.)

Coming from an RBT with years of experience, Full Spectrum provides a wealth of resources and support to their employees. With ongoing forums, trainings, latest research articles on ABA techniques, amazing benefits, and excellent supervision from BCBA’s, Full Spectrum is the best ABA company I have worked for thus far in the field. The corporate team is very helpful with any questions, scheduling, and is very responsive in a timely matter!

Cons

No official “breaks” when working in a school all day. Have to be adaptable for bathroom/snacks.
