Pros

They offer a lot of educational opportunities and help to get your supervised hours.

Cons

Benefits are non-existent and the pay doesn't reflect the major jack of benefits. Drive time is absolutely horrendous, and they do not compensate for that. They expect you to be okay driving 45 minutes to one hour to see ONE client, let alone several for the day. I easily put over 100 miles on my car every day. My paychecks essentially covered my gas.

Talented individuals who work with precision and care. This field requires a good team who will troubleshoot issues and support one another through implementing these programs and thats what we have here at full spectrum aba. Flexible schedule and good hours.

Cons

I ave had no issues with FSBA and would recommend this job to anyone.
