I moved across the country to work with Full Spectrum, and I have never regretted it! The company makes me feel valued and supported. They are proactive in looking at ways to support staff. They really care about providing effective treatment to every client. They also offer free CEUs and supervision. With so many regions, there is a place for everyone!

Cons

Not many - really just cannot meet everyone since we have so many locations.
