• A lot of questionable layoffs made it clear upper management is clueless about team dynamics • Fake façade of transparency by upper management • Aggressive hiring goals has led to a lot of hires that aren't a culture fit • Key founder that shaped the culture and product suddenly "left" and the absence is greatly felt • FullStory no longer has a unique voice in the market–they're marketing and voice is becoming dull and boring just like their competitors • A lot of turnover in sales and lack of leadership • Better product options in the market for the price • Growing bro culture • No clear career growth or planning sessions even after years of promising it would come • Aggressive personalities seem to have the only career growth
