Autonomous work environment. You know what you need to do and people who need you come to you , simple as that. Supportive environment, incredibly smart and humble coworkers, authentic management with transparency. Your boss is a wonderful mentor who gives good advice and helps remove roadblocks. It's just a honor to be here. You can bring your *whole* self to the table and no one shrinks. I feel so grateful.

Cons

Absolutely none. Any hiccups are just life. Everyone is doing their best and it's easy to see that.
