Pros

- Wonderful, intelligent, and hard-working co workers: I am continually amazed by the people I work with. Everyone knows their business and gets it done admirably. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to work with too. I am truly grateful and humbled to be among them every single day. - Thoughtful, experienced, and competent executive leadership: The ELT here is like nothing I've ever experienced. This is the kind of place where the CEO will climb a ladder with you to install a piece of heavy equipment just because he had a minute between calls and wanted to help - true story that. - Product very good, and getting very gooder ;) I was very impressed by the product capabilities that I saw when I joined a year ago, but the engineering team has continued to improve and enhance the platform an a variety of ways that have increased it's value tremendously. To me, it looked transformational when they added an incredibly efficient new capability to the platform. To the product team it was just another milestone along their well-defined path to greatness. - Competitive benefits ( salary / medical / retirement / equity ) Always important, and I have no complaints with regard to compensation. Like all other important processes at FullStory, compensation is done in a thoughtful and transparent manner. The People Operations team takes this very seriously and it feels like they really put the employees first. - Honest, friendly, and delightful culture I can't really describe this well, as I believe it must be experienced to understand it. FullStory says what it means, and means what it says - and this starts at the very top. It's an inclusive, understanding, diverse, and utterly awesome bunch of people that keep us this way, even with our rapid rate of growth (something I've seen kill other startup cultures). - Cool location, if you like the city Plethora of high quality burrito choices within walking distance. I've considered asking the attached Chipotle to install a pneumatic tube to more rapidly deliver them.

Cons

We have the typical growing pains of any startup who is doubling everything each year - nothing insurmountable, especially with the caliber of people running this show.

Pros

Undisputed that this is a superb product. Customers love it and advocate for it as they progress in their career. Sales reps love it since it shows well and drives real ROI for small, medium and large businesses. Top engineering talent with Google pedigree makes the product bullet proof and the roadmap exciting and innovative. Employee Benefits are some of the best I have seen and reflect the desire of the executives to provide an all around good work environment. The culture is strong and employee focused. HQ location is really well done and feels like a silicon valley startup right here in Midtown Atlanta. Provide all the tools needed to do the job, no skimping on anything you may need from software, hardware, swag for customers, etc.

Cons

Not for you if you're looking to coast along or are looking for a lifestyle company.
