Cons

there's been a lot of change. it can feel like thrash. i don't think it is different at any other VC-backed organization. but i do think FS made promises they couldn't keep and did not accurately set expectations with employees. there are people here who were sold something that FS isn't and that contributes to a lot of the discontent
