Good, not great

Pros

Great product Great people (if on the right team) Support, Product, Finance, Legal, and IT all have exceptional leadership and team culture.

Cons

-Virtually no opportunity for pay raises -Some teams have inexperienced leadership in leadership positions, leading to ICs bearing the burden of not only their role, but also their boss' role. ^These two points combine to lead to a lot of frustrating moments. -Micro-managers abound in the sales practice -Ops team is constantly churning so a lot of internal delays during deal cycles.

Could be worse, could definitely be better

Pros

- Competitive pay and solid benefits - Lots of really smart people - I personally really loved working with my manager and direct team - Full remote work, but with option to go to office for locals - Regular in-person meetups

Cons

- Sales management feels like they're more interested in whatever deal is directly in front of them than helping develop strong sellers - Made a huge deal about shift in focus and new products before said products were fully ready to support enterprise use cases - Poor/lack of training for sales team during rollout of new products - To me (personally) culture feels less authentic than when I joined the company - Constantly losing good talent, whether it be to RIFs or voluntary leavers
