Pros
Awesome leadership team and team camaraderie. Everyone is so helpful and willing to share best practices to help you reach your goals. We take each other's calls at times to follow up on missed sales too. High energy and fun! The company is very invested in the core values and show that in everything they do. Fullbay has prioritzed good tools and equipment to make sure things work smoothly (MacBook, SalesForce, Outreach and Sandler). We can listen to each other's calls too so we can pick up additional skills that work for more tenured and higher performing BDRs. The goals are realistic and attainable. The heavy duty repair shops we call are really made up of great people who really just need some help to make their world better. Fullbay really is a good product too and well regarded in the industry. 3 days WFM and 2 days in the office.
Cons
There is not a formal onboarding or training team so the leadership team is tasked with balancing their core roles with new hire training. This does require a lot of self sufficiency, learning through experience and from peers and the calls. This can be overwhelming at times, but the goals are adjusted to help soften the learning process so you're kept whole as you learn. It eventually clicks, but you just have to do the job instead of talking about it too often. Being able to work from home is awesome and the team is great when you're working on site, but there is the hassle of commuting 2 times a week.
