Pros

First the money is great. I'm actually being paid fairly, especially with cost of living in the valley going up. You have a great base pay plus uncapped commission, which is not common in sales roles. Your goals scale when you start, to make it easier to earn while you learn your role. Coaching is great, I've always been able to get help when I needed it, without ever feeling micromanaged. Management actually listens to everyone and cares. When we're not working from home, office days are always fun, with snacks and drinks that we get to pick, team meetings at the cafe and the office is really nice.

Cons

Like someone else mentioned, vacation rollovers and 401k contributions would be nice.

Pros

They encourage work/life balance. They offer a product that benefits the industry. They are transparent about pay. They have aggressive sales targets but they aren't unrealistic and layer worthwhile incentives for hitting it.

Cons

401k matching would be cool and vacation rollover or cashout would also be nice.
