      Pros

      Fullbay continues to bring new learning experiences day in and day out with teammates that love to win together! Working at Fullbay is not easy, we are growing exponentially which brings a lot of new challenges. The good news is, you will always have people around you willing to help. That is one of the best parts of working at FB, you don't have to stay in your lane, everyone is there to collaborate and work with you to help solve unique problems despite what department they may be in.

      There are so many great things happening all around Fullbay that need to be celebrated a lot more!

      Pros

      Fullbay is an excellent software company that cares about its employees, is determined to not only make an impact in the industry itself, but also help out society by promoting the diesel industry in a positive light. Fullbay will challenge you and you WILL be busy! You are expected to be very good at your job and you will work with amazing/smart people. BUT, you will also have time to in the day to talk with your coworkers and possibly work on a fun passion project for the company. To summarize, Fullbay is a company that is growing and going places quickly and you won't regret hopping on this train to see where it is going!

      Cons

      Fullbay can be, as mentioned above, VERY busy. Thus, it is easy to get tired/burnt out at times. The good news is that it doesn't much time off to recharge your mind and have you ready and looking forward to jumping back into projects for the company.

      Pros

      I love working for Fullbay. The pay and benefits are good. The leadership team cares about everyone who works for the company and promotes transparency with clear quarterly/yearly goals. The hybrid work from home/office flexibility is amazing and provides a great work-life balance. There is plenty of room for career growth as Fullbay matures.

      Cons

      Fullbay is going through a lot of growth right now and so there are some organizational and technology debts that need to be addressed but I have no concern that it is just temporary as they continue to refine the app and corporate structure.
