      Pros

      Flexible time, thats really the only nice thing about Fullbay.

      Cons

      Poor codebase, poor management, poor communication. They will fire you without warning, you are just a code monkey to them. Management seems to be chaotic at times, you will be talked down to. They will sell you on the “Fullbay Family” but don’t be fooled.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, they only hire the right people, recognition and compensation for high performance is great. The leadership at this company is the best I have ever been around. From the CEO and COO to team managers, everyone is a phenomenal resource with the same goal of helping our customers.

      Cons

      Because this is a startup, you are held accountable and at times need to help with things that aren't specifically in your job description.
