      The work environment is fantastic, and the Managers excel at providing outstanding support to the team. Whether through effective training or clearly outlining expectations, they ensure we have the guidance we need to succeed.

      Better than most BDR/SDR jobs

      Pros

      I’m on r/sales and from what I’ve seen there, we are some of the highest paid BDR’s is software sales. The workload is very manageable. Our managers right now are amazing. Some of the best people I’ve ever worked for. They are very fair and keep a good morale across the sales floor.

      Cons

      I personally don’t think this is a con but coming from other BDR/SDR roles, I can see it being a learning curve. The BDR role here requires a lot more qualifying than any other I have seen. You are essentially running a disco call and then setting the appointment.

      Pros

      I have never felt more supported in a sales role at any other place I have worked - my higher-ups are more than understanding and seek to develop instead of punish. Easily the best place I have ever worked. Time off is great, great benefits policies, and promote culture.

      Cons

      Difficult position in terms of work, but worth it.
