Pros

-Fully Remote work, within certain states -Company provides equipment -Great benefits as they cover health, dental, and vision

Cons

-Limited on which states you can work in. - No suggestion box for client input on the product, so they usually tell their main point of contact (as in you). Enhancement requests run slow, or aren't always honored. Just depends on priority.

Pros

Development team is resourceful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Management has no idea what they’re doing. This will not be a long term gig. In the few years I worked here, I saw at least a dozen turnovers. Management falls for sales pitches, and leaves developers responsible for implementing terrible software. You are not welcome to have or share an opinion. Don’t fall for it. They changed the entire codebase from PHP to Java on whim and have been letting go of all their PHP developers. Now they are short - if they offer you a PHP gig, know it will be short lived.

Pros

They pay everyone 55,000 yearly. This might have changed, but that’s how it was when I was there. Great company, amazing culture. Everyone is so friendly and often do team outings during lunch or after hours. Great environment for collaboration especially when struggling. Peers will do their best to help and answer any questions to new associates.

Cons

The only issue I had and quite a few others was that the expectations were a bit high. As in, the sales goals monthly. I felt like what lead to that issue was the fact that the leads provided to us by marketing weren’t matching the expectations for what they wanted from us. We had poor leads with inaccurate phone numbers, leads that had nothing to do with the industry therefore rendering them irrelevant, which should have cycled out of the pipeline by marketing instead of being passed to the sales team. We had leads that would have been removed by a sales associate, only to be tossed back in rotation a couple months later for another sales representative to use. Because of the poor quality leads, we had struggled to retain performance metrics for talk time, answer ratio, and meetings scheduled and completed. I hope they fixed this issue, however I know that multiple people ended up resigning out of fear of being placed on a PIP due to these issues causing a knot in performance. As for management, honestly they try their best to help their team and the director is really great. Growth is steady, if you really work for it. I’ve seen multiple people be promoted to management and AE positions. Commission is great if you manage to hit your goal, team leads usually do extra spiffs every month that really helps as well. Spiffs and added bonuses are awarded by a trust basis, meaning you keep track of your own commission and the director basically trusts the additional spiffs you calculate because the culture is so good and leadership has tremendous trust in the team, which is very nice to have. Honestly you don’t see that often, so it really makes you feel good knowing people trust you that much.
