You have to love the mission to put up with the disorganization

Pros

It's a great place and people care deeply about developing graduate students to be future leaders. If you embrace the mission, it is rewarding seeing the work that students and the seminary do throughout the world.

Cons

There have been a lot of layoffs as they continue to internally restructure. The perpetual uncertainty has made staff morale suffer.
