Working at Fuller was one of the best experiences of my life. Good people all working together for a good cause.

Cons

Theological Education is like lots of higher education in flux and Fuller seems to be responding with a lack of clarity about its core mission and purpose, and our struggling financially. Because of that, job security is hard to come by. Anxiety is rampant, and cynicism easily takes root.
